We first met 20 years ago during a Student Exchange Project, where Berat led the way as a facilitator. Now, we find ourselves working together again on this project because we share the goal of connecting professionals like us to a stronger network.

Since 2004, Berat Ezel has served as a senior trainer and coach, specializing in Entrepreneurship, Design Thinking, Experiential Learning, Outdoor Learning Design, Capacity Development, and Competency Mapping. Mostly working with NGOs and businesses across Europe and the Middle East.

Berat's expertise lies in empowering entrepreneurs to bring innovative ideas to life and driving transformative change within organizations through Design Thinking. He leverages experiential learning and outdoor environments to create immersive experiences that foster collaboration and personal growth. With a focus on Capacity Development and Competency Mapping, Berat ensures tailored programs drive performance and align with strategic goals, guiding individuals and organizations towards sustainable success.

Laima is a Gallup Certified CliftonStrengths Coach and Deep Democracy practitioner with over 15 years of experience in Talent Management and Learning & Development.

Her areas of expertise encompass Trust, Vulnerability, Leadership, Diversity & Inclusion, and Learning Organizations. Throughout the majority of her career, she has operated on a global scale, spearheading L&D initiatives across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.

Over the past three years, while working as a freelance management consultant, Laima has refocused her efforts primarily on Leadership & Executive Teams. She assists them both individually and in team settings to navigate their Strengths and cultivate healthy team dynamics.
